The world's largest fork?

Out of all the items that America has the "largest" of, I would love to see the world's largest fork. The reason for this is that both Colorado and Missouri claim to have the honors. I would like to take it upon myself to determine which fork is "larger". Of coarse, in doing this, I would need to specify largest. I would probably measure it by height, width, and length and total it all up to determine which is the largest.
