Break Your Bank or Break Your Feet

For many years, Nike and Adidas have been competing to see who is the best sportswear brand. Nike and Adidas are the two top brands for athletic shoes, and while for me there is no doubt Nike is better, some people find Adidas better.

Nike's shoes are both comfortable and trendy but they are expensive. Adidas shoes are durable but they do not set trends like Nike shoes do. Adidas was the at the top until they fell behind in advertising. Nike stepped up and is now representing 98 colleges/universities, while Adidas only sponsors 48. Nike also leads in social media and has 5.32 million followers on twitter while Adidas only has 2.29 million. Even though each brand has its flaws, it will always be a debate which is better.
