Americas favorite Baseball team
One way our country is divided is by what our favorite MLB team is. With there being 30 teams all over the country you have a very wide selection. Since 2003 The New York Yankees have been voted Americas favorite team with the Los Angeles Angels coming in second and The Atlanta Braves and Texas Rangers going back and fourth for third place.

This is a very intriguing map. I find it unique how the Oakland Athletics are hardly shown on the map at all because they are in a state with five teams. On the opposite side the Braves are the only baseball team in the six states around it, causing them to have a larger reach.
